What is included in your Managed Service Package?
Our Managed Service Packages are designed to keep your computers running optimally and your data secure. Services include:
- 24/7 Proactive Monitoring and Management
- All Microsoft Security Updates
- Third-Party Patching
- Anti-Virus Protection: SentinelOne Endpoint Detection & Response provides commercial-grade AI protection against viruses, spyware, exploits, and ransomware.
- Security Operations Center: RocketCyber offers 24/7 manned monitoring of your PCs, servers, firewalls, and Office 365.
- Backups: Onsite and encrypted offsite backups for your servers, managed daily by MTS using COVE Data Backup.
What are the advantages of being a managed client versus pay-as-you-go?
- Managed clients receive all services listed above.
- You get a monthly allotment of IT support hours, based on the number of endpoints managed.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA):
- Routine issues: Callback within 4 hours.
- Critical issues (as determined by you): Callback within 15 minutes; if unresolved, onsite support within 2 hours.
- Pay-as-you-go clients do not receive these services and are billed at $205/hour, with no proactive monitoring, SLA, or included support hours.
- Managed clients receive priority support.
What is your Onboarding process?
- We will secure the network perimeter by changing the passwords to the firewall, servers, and any remote access method your previous IT support vendor might or do use. We will review any method of remote access you currently use to ensure those methods are safe and are working.
- We will install our monitoring/management solution called VSA on all your computers. VSA will immediately start pushing security updates at night and proactively monitor and manage your servers and workstations/laptops.
- We will install Sentinel One Anti-Virus & RocketCyber SOC on all your computers and servers.
- If you have a server to be backed up, we will install COVE Data Protection backup and begin a full backup of your server(s). Once the full backup is complete all subsequent backups will be incremental
- We will document your network for our records and yours.
- Once onboarding is complete, we will send you a report of what we found during onboarding and make any recommendations you might need for the short-term and long-term.
Will I be charged for Onboarding?
No charge for onboarding.
Do I receive included IT support hours? How many?
Yes, you receive included support hours each month, based on the number of endpoints we manage for you.
What happens if I use all my included IT hours?
- Additional support is billed in 15-minute increments at $160/hour.
- Non-managed clients are billed at $210/hour.
Can I purchase computers from you?
Yes, we keep a full inventory including but not limited to:
- New commercial grade Dell desktops with Dell’s 3 year Pro Support Warranty
- Refurbished Desktops and Laptops
- Computer Monitors
- Network switches and wireless access points
- Memory and hard drives
- New laptops and printers ordered as needed to meet clients’ specific needs
Do you offer cybersecurity products?
Yes. SentinelOne Endpoint Detection & Response and RocketCyber are included in our Managed Services Package.
Do you offer security training?
Yes. We offer BullPhish ID, an email security training package.
- Staff receive monthly training emails with short videos and quizzes.
- Managers receive reports on completion and scores.
- BullPhish ID also sends simulated phishing emails to staff and reports on their responses, helping identify users who may need additional training.
